ORDER: 1. The parties' Consent Order and the United States' Motion for Forfeiture of Property [R. #3 ; R. #4 ] are GRANTED; 2. The United States shall not continue nor file any action to condemn and forfeit the above-described real property and vehicles based upon evidence in the government's possession at the time of this Agreement, which would subject said property to seizure, condemnation, or forfeiture to the United States under 21 U.S.C. 98l(a)(l)(C); 3. The funds deposited with the United States shall be retained by the United States in lieu of the forfeiture of the above-described real property and shall be treated in the same manner as the proceeds of sale of a forfeited item pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1613(c); 4. Fei Guo Tang releases forever, discharges, and holds harmless the United States of America, the United States Attorney's Office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, their dependents, agencies, officers, attorneys, agents, servants, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or suits of whatever kind and description, and wheresoever situated, which they, their heirs, successors, or assigns ever had, now have, or may have in the future in connection with the seizure, detention or release of the above-described real property and vehicles; 5.
