ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs 2311 Racing LLC d/b/a 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, Inc.'s (collectively, "Plaintiffs") Motion to Compel Compliance with Subpoena, dkt. #1 , which motion stems from a separate action currently proceeding in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. 2311 Racing LLC v. National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC, No. 3:24-cv-886-KDB-SCR (W.D.N.C. filed Oct. 2, 2024). The instant motion does not otherwise relate to a case or proceeding pending before this Court. By inadvertence, this action was filed as a civil complaint. Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby directed to re-docket this action as a miscellaneous case. Assignment of judicial officers to the re-docketed action shall be by random draw.
