March 6, 2025 Filing 4 EO: According to the Notice of Removal, ECF No. #1 , Defendant United States Postal Service states that Plaintiff has not properly served Defendant. See Notice of Removal, ECF No. #1 at 2 ("To date, Plaintiff still has not served the U.S. Attorney's office or otherwise perfected service pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4."). The Court hereby notifies Plaintiff that service must be perfected pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4. Additionally, Plaintiff must file proof of service on the docket. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(l) ("proof of service must be made to the court"). Lastly, Plaintiff must comply with all local and federal rules and statutes, and all applicable laws.
