MINUTE ORDER (by docket entry only). This Court does not recognize stipulated extensions of time. Rather, its Case Instructions, [Doc. 6 at 4], require parties to file a motion for an extension of time as early as possible and to avoid last-minute requests for extensions. Moreover, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1)(A), which the Parties rely on in their stipulated extension of time for Defendant Escandalo, Inc. to file a responsive pleading, [Doc. 11], does not authorize stipulated extensions of time. Accordingly, to the extent the Parties seek to extend the now-expired deadline for Defendant Escandalo, Inc.'s responsive pleading, they may file an appropriate motion with the Court.
