ORDER. The Unopposed Motion to Consolidate and Proposal for Consolidation, the file in this matter and being fully advised does hereby GRANT the Motion . In re: Oppenheimer Champion Fund Securities Class Fraud Class Actions, Civil Action No. 09-cv-0 0386-JLK-KMT (consolidated with 09-cv-525-JLK-KMT) and In re Core Bond Fund, Civil Action No. 09-cv-01186-JLK-KMT (hereinafter referred to as the Fixed Income Fund Actions) and Donald L. Cohn and Karen S. Cohn v OppenheimerFunds, Inc., et al, Civil A ction No. 09-cv-02738-JLK-KMT (hereinafter the Cohn Action) are hereby consolidated for discovery purposes only, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a). The law firm appointed as Lead Counsel in the Fixed Income Fund Actions (Lead Counsel) shall be principally responsible for overseeing and conducting the discovery in these consolidated actions. The 67 Motion for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Selection of Counsel is GRANTED; Civil Action Nos. 09-cv-38 6-JLK-KMT (Janssen) and 09-cv-525-JLKKMT (Peters) (the Oppenheimer Champion Fund cases) are CONSOLIDATED, with the lower-numbered Janssen action serving as lead case; Goodman and O' Steen are hereby APPOINTED Lead Plaintiffs for the Champion Fun d Class pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 77z-1(a)(3)(B); and Lead Plaintiffs selections of the law firm of Labaton Sucharow LLP as Lead Counsel and The Shuman Law Firm as Liaison Counsel for Lead Plaintiffs and the Class are APPROVED. FOLLOW UP CASE-MANAGEMENT ORDER: Parties affected by my previous ruling denying then-pending lead plaintiff/lead counsel motions without prejudice SHALL RE-FILE their Motions for Appointment of Lead Plaintiff on or before 08/07/2009. Parties who file d Motions in keeping with PSLRA deadlines but wish to amend or re-file those Motions may also do so on or before 08/07/2009. Counsel shall submit names for a the appointment under Rule 53 of a Special Master, who may be appointed for settlement and m ediation purposes only at an appropriate time in this litigation. The names are due to be filed, in writing, on or before 07/31/2009. Superseding Consolidated Amended Complaints must be filed within 15 days of my order appointing Lead Plaintiffs. Any actions involving other, distinct Oppenheimer Funds will be subject to the 2 Initial Case Management Order and evaluated for further action at the time they are received.
