MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson: The parties have filed a Joint Stipulation to Stay Case Pending Arbitration (Docket No. 15). The Court grants the parties' Stipulation. The Court orders this action stayed and the Clerk is ordered to administratively close this case. The Court orders the parties to file a Joint Status Report within two weeks of the completion of arbitration or other disposition of plaintiff's claims. If the arbitration is not completed by May 1, 2025, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report beginning on that date and continuing every six months until the arbitration is completed. Failure to file a required Joint Status Report by no later than May 1st and November 1st of each year through completion of the arbitration may, without further warning, result in dismissal of this action without prejudice.
